your stock sleeve will support up to 400hp. correct me if im wrong.

People have made over that on the stock sleeves. Just depends on how well your car is tuned and how big your balls are.

I would go with the block filling. Blockguards take alot of time to fit properly, and it may have to be bored over if you want everything to line up perfectly since installing the guards have a tendency to move the sleeves slightly off center if they are not fitted perfectly. Just my 2 cents.
