personally I dont like block guard because it overheats my z6 engine. and the thought of drilling holes in the block just sounds scary. do it the right way. get darton sleeves or liquid cement

ive had alot of friends do it that way without any problems.
break it in while the crosshatch is fresh. then change the oil and filter.

Your piston rings will seat within the first few miles anyways. Having it tuned from start up makes sence to me. I'm not saying go WOT right away, but just get the idle and part throttle down good, so you don't wash the rings out or run it lean. Then after a few miles, tune it again on the dyno and drive it like you stole it! If it was built properly you should be fine, if it wasn't, you will probably find out in a hurry lol.

Do a search on Honda-tech and here. I'm pretty sure I've made comments on both sites. One day I'll be nice and do the math and you'll see how fucked up an idea it truely is.

well i do plan on having it tuned on start up and for daily driving at 5psi...wheni got to the dyno...wich is about 2 hours away..i'll tune for full boost and try to meet my goal....but i have no ideah when i can get to the dyno thats why im leaving it at 5psi and driving it nicely until i get it to the dyno..after that i'll be good :y

what r u thrying to say?..i shouldnt do any? iv seen them done many of times...2 of my good friends use block guards and they'r bothe pushing over 400hp easily and have had no over heating problems even at the drag strip...they could leave it set in the driveway running for hours and they wouldnt over heat..i guess you have to do it right i guess..also it might depend on what block guard you are using

All of the choices add unnecessary extra internal stresses to the sleeve. This is a FACT. If you use a block guard, the block guard will expand inward towards the sleeve. The sleeve will expand outward towards the block guard. Increase internal stress. The same theory applies to all of the other options. It's a bad idea.
