i got a steal on a vortech for my crx b16.anyone can tell me there max hp#s that would be great.i started a turbo build but might wanna go the supercharged route so i wont have as much drivetrain issuses from higher hp turbo build.i did a search didnt find anything.im useing a aem ems and gonna build a motor.gonna try to run much boost as this charger will aloow any idea how much i can make on a dyno would help me thanks guys

 

Which model is it? They currently have 10 different models with different potential from each one.

 

youll make less power with a supercharger since it will use ~20% of the engines output to spin the supercharger. youll still need an intercooler with the supercharger so you might as well go turbo. since you got the supercharger for a great deal. sell that ---- so you can fund your turbo build.

depending on the supercharger and pulley sizes used will determin how much boost it will make.

 

its the upgraded models q trim i think,it is the bigger one,runs 9psi but i plan to run more.it has the after cooler.i already have a nice full race turbo and precision intercooler but price i paid 4 the supercharger i migth wanna go that route..wont be a 600hp i was planing on but if i can get 400 or close in my crx think it will be fun.might sell it just wanting some good input of power it can make.
