added a 3" down pipe
relocated the wastegate and added the 1.5" downpipe for it
cleaned up the turbo to intake piping

Hell yeah, looks good. Did the Cyclone intake bolt right up?? or did you have to do some modifications?? At first I thought that was an entire engine from a Cyclone. Any significant differences??

Nice build..... I drove the infamous shaun41178's turbo formula 2 weeks ago... the fucker boogied..I can only imagine a 4.3.

Nice to see another Fiero owner who isn't interested in car shows and polishing paint.

update
when I relocated the turbo I knew the range shifter cable bracket that
also holds the clutch slave cylinder was going to have to be massaged
I cut horizontaly then met that cut with a vertical one efectivly making
a 90* slice. I moved the cable portion bake about an inch and lowered it
about a 1/4 then rotated it clockwise a few degresss. I drilled and tapped
for a 3/8 bolt to lock it in place for mocking up. My welder guy told me
cast aluminum is a bitch to weld with out warpage and pores opening up
and made some suggestions about V grooving it for a better result.

the first few shots are "as is from the welder" the installed pics are after
I filed and sanded it a little.

I used an adapter that mates a SBC to the fiero trans
and pretty much fabricated all the mounts etc

the engine is a '95 L35 CPI engine
base hp is 200 @ 4600
base torque is 260 @ 3500
to that i added the Syclone intake etc

the base Syclone engine makes about 170 hp (no turbo) and about 300 with turbo
