Volvo T3 on standard T3 mani.
i've got a volvo t3 .42/.48 and when i mount it to my log w/ the square t3 flange it leaves a bit of the round inlet circle open.
anybody got any ideas on how to keep it from leaking?
besides welding the turbo to the mani or JBweld?

Build a gasket or buy one from ATPTurbo for $49.00. See link below.

Hmm....That's pretty cool, but expensive.
I had mine shaved down. Umm, I believe an old CRX cat donut will fit it. Someone on here told me this, but I can't remember exactly. Hopefully they swing by and help you out. Shaving it down would be cheaper and easier I think. $40 from my shop and to be honest their prices are rape compared to the local dude I go to now.

yeah.. 50bucks for a adapter like that looks a bit overpriced. if someone has a cnc or somethin like that i'll give you the spec on it if you can build it for <$30 and i'll fit the proto.
other wise i've got some of this green cut your own gasket stuff w/ some copper spray i'm just gonna go nuts w/.

lol, are you kidding me? 49 bucks?
There is a stock Honda gasket that fits in the circular indentation. Its in the stock CRX si manifold. Its between the top and bottom sections of the exhaust manifold. Drops right in. Done. I managed to use one outta the car, but I think you can still get them used for less than 10 bucks.

it says its for the catinlet. my measurements for the OD of the circle on the volvo flange is 2.75" = 69mm. the ID for the flange is 50mm = 1.97" i figure if i'll have 14mm to work with of gasket (if i can find a non-flex gasket) and i can dremel it out to fit the square port. hell, i ain't goin for super power.. i'll prob just get eh flex gasket
