volvo intercooler

i use that intercooler on my ej1...but i have to cut it in half and custom it...so that mean i have 2 intercooler from 1 intercooler...it hold pretty good and last me about 5 months and then i blew the turbo and intercooler up...lets just say oils everywhere...in the ic pipping, intercooler, intake manifold, and down pipe...

Yep exactly what my buddy did. Pretty much cut off the bottom of ur picture off. The JBweld held up pretty well but honestly it might not be worth your time. IC's that size are so cheap on ebay. Plus that Volvo IC is REALLY thin.

yeah you guys are right about that. Once I cut it in half, it'll flow twice as shitty, since it's so thin. I might still grab the turbo.
