when you say that 300 is max for vitaras and there is ppl with 400+ builds thats like stillnoturbo saying hes straight when in fact he walkes around with a fist shaped ***** up his *** all day

that includes most of the ---- coming out of your traps

It's not so much the pistons that can't take it as the stock block sleeves. Vitara's can handle some ---- even though they're still cast, but mostly due to the fact they yield an incredibly low c/r. Low c/r + big boost = large hp potential.
As to the original question, yes...the vf-34 should get you to the 350hp mark, but don't expect to push it much further. After that it's all pretty much going to be hot air.

400 horsepower has been hit a few times on vitaras. its the sleeves that give out.

 

I dont want to buy it, and it not put out the power I want. This will be my third turbo in a year.
