Default Very quick question - F.A.O. Stealthmode

I have a stealhmode restrictor

same as this one



To save me taking it out, its rainning outside and i cant be arsed to get wet, what is open and what is closed?



Any help is appreciated....

the first pic is closed, and the second pic is open.
please be carefull when using the bleeder valve, make sure you have a gauge in line after it, and that its out of your reach meaning the valve is protected where it cant be accidentally close, I just got my turbo back from rebuilt, because I accidentally close it while changing my alternator. good luck.
