Vacuum Mani's. Useful? Needed?
Im buying a manual boost controller from a friend and hes also got a vacuum manifold type thing. He bought it for his eclipse but I guess didnt need it
From the setups Ive seen I have seen to many people with them, I dont know if its because tehre hidden or just not needed.
Ill have the manual boost controller/boost gauge/wastegate/bov
Im new to boost, dont know what else exactly needs vacuum source or if it has to come form certain places (that part still boggles me)
But what are your guys opinions on them and if there worth the 30 bucks.
Also where do you get the initial massive source to power this thing and then branch it off to the misc things?
Thanks

Only the bov,wg, boost gauge needs vac and you don't need to spends 30 bucks on one. I bought mine for 6 bucks from a tools place. It's called an air manifold for air compressors. I have a spare one if you're interested.

what brand tool is it?
harborfreight has these for $1.99: couldn't you just drill and tap more ports if needed.
