Either your Wastegate flapper is staying open then and you need to make sure it is completely shut. Or you have a leak somewhere in your charge pipes.

i dont know about the crack but im in a delima now about threading the wastgate arm on my T25. I heard that this isnt good cause when you do this the wastegate is help open a little bit which is supossed to mess up your lag, is this true about the lag? If it is im just going to leave it like it is ( supposed to be 8psi) and run it like that with a msd6 btm and a 12:1 Fmu with a nice fuel pump. Also dont it drop a couple of pounds after it goes through the intercooler ( johnnyracecar front mount) ?

My vac at idle is about 20-21, and IM running a JRCar front mount with a t-25 and the hack. I had to remount the w/g acctuator but im getting exactly 8 lbs of boost at full throttle.

why did you remount the wastegate? That sucks about having 8pounds cause i was wanting to run around 6 because i will not have a hack or anything
