V8 turbo
anyone on here have a V8 turbo? I am in the process of turbo'ing my 94 camaro z28. I have a rebuilt T04 turbo. I am trying to figure out exactly how to make my exhaust manifolds and a few other mounting issues? anyone have any tips or links for me/>?

Re:V8 turbo
if its a big enough manifold. turn your headers upside down and route piping infront of the water pump. then put the downpipe back down under the car..
also u have to have some kind of EFI. i know holley makes one for like 2500$ but i think u could do it home made style. heres what i was thinking
www.megasquirt.com
now this little box is a control module for 4 injectors, i believe. (duno if u can run 8 injectors?) you would need 2 megasquirt boxes if it wont run 8 all at once. now the megasquirt box needs input from the MAP sensor and O2 sensor. (might wanna consider a wideband o2 for tuning)
- also need to drill out and make places for the injectors to go on the intake. (450cc's) i dont know if 450cc's would put out enough fuel for the big v8, who knows..
the hard part will be setting up the fuel maps for the v8 because i am sure no one has ever done this. i am sure u could find someone who has them somehwere.
this is how i would do a v8 project.
hope that helps some.
