right now its an open dump on the wastegate. i ran ot of welding gas. i plan to reroute the wastegate back into the rest of the exhaust.

i am acctually thinking about getting some different wheels. these came on a car i got a few years ago. i would rather go fast then dump a bunch of money into wheels

the wastegate doesnt acctually sit above the manifold. it is off to the side so i dont think that will be an issue. for some reason i have had a lot higher underhood temps with this setup even when just cruising and the wastegate isnt open. i think i am going to try the spacers between the hood and hinges. i hate the ricey look of it, but if it keeps the temps down then it will be worth it. so far i havent noticed the coolant temp above normal at all, but the fan runs a lot more often than it used to

the elbows are on ebay. that one came with the manifold.

as for the wastegate, thats not finished. i ran out of welding gas and havent had a chance to get more. this car only gets driven once a week or so and the turbo is so big that the wastegate hardly ever opens. in about a week i will hopefully have it all wrapped up. it still wont get driven much though. it needs a better tune and after tuning on a friends civic with hondata yesterday i am too spoiled to keep pulling chips and re-burning them. i am going to go with neptune cause it seems just as good as hondata and i wont be supporting ********.

anyone have any expereince with neptune rtp?
