UPDATE: after valve adjustment..
Thanks to everyone who helped me with my valve adjustment questions.. I ended up taking an old socket and some tubing and making my own t handle tool that a thin screw driver will slide inside.. it worked very well.
Lately my car has had a pretty bad stumbling problem and the valves have been pretty loud.. I found out most of the exhaust valves were .011+ and the intake was pretty close to spec. .007" After checking and adjusting everything I drove it to work this morning and its running great.. No stumbling and no hesitations. And its finally blowing its clouds of black smoke like it should
.. Yes I know its very rich.

So your car is running better now? I hope to get mine on a wide band here shortly and get a decent tune on it.. In the mean time I know its not gonna blow up on me. Although it does back fire on just about every shift..
going to go get my valves adjusted this week to, getting it done for $40 so not that bad a deal. Also a full brake inspection to find out why the ---- I keep losing fluid (rpretty sure my MC is leaking).
Chacko it made a huge difference..
Does anyone know where the pcv valve is? I still here it rattle sound but it doesn't sound like the valves.. it sounds just like a pcv valve when they go bad.. is it in the valve cover?

PCV is usually in the black box on the back of the block, under the intake manifold.
I'd say you're pretty safe taking fuel out of the boost event in 3 to 5% increments... got your chip burner and supplies yet?

yep B18c1..
I have the chip burner ready to go but I need to pick up some chips.. I've been really broke lately. I'm not really sure where I am rich.. First gear is the only time I am going slow enough to see the cloud behind me.. any other time its just to fast and it disperses too much. Sooner or later I will get it tuned right..
So Joseph you think its in the black box? What is in the nipple off the valve cover?
