you can just take the 12psi wastegate actuator arm and make it adjustable, thats what I did and it works fine, went from 8 psi to 6, just cut it and use a die to thread em ....the (longer it is the less boost) the shorter it is, you'll get more boost

Anyways, this is a very undesirable way to do this as you get large lag!!!
