Heres what I have learned. Put everything back together the way it should be then start troubleshooting. It is alot easier. You should put those o2 sensors in cuz it does make a big difference. It did on mine. But I have a honda.

Here is how you fix it... Drive it out onto the street AND GUNN IT... make sure your charge pipes are off though, and try to see if you can hear your BOV if you do, you are on the right track... run it around for half an hour or so and see if it clears thing up a bit... Let us know how it went...

Maybe your car is trying to kill itself becuase it realized its a cavalier
I don't know about those damn Sunflowers. You might have better luck if you had a Honda.
Cavilyr, Sunflower, Neon, same thing.
Can you pull codes from those heaps?

pack your turbo inlet with sand
My vote is with the O2. But the second O2 isnt used to control closed loop, only for OBD bullshit check lights

Is your MAP connected directly to your manifold or did you put stuff like check valves or anything in the line? Don't know if this'll help, but you can't have any check valves inline with the MAP sensor.

Actually thats where they're supposed to go! How do you think you bleed boost off from the MAP
they are 1-way check valves.. open when pressure is applied but close when no pressure or vac.

i didnt get to mess with it today, but i will again tomarrow... i just dont get it though. its preatty much gotta be an o2 throwin it off right? but the second o2 doesnt do ---- as far as thats concerned...and my a/f gauge (which is tapped into the first one) isnt reading anything... but that o2 is brand new... so once again, im left puzzled... i was thinkin mayeb ti was a bad connection... but when you first start the car, the o2 actaully reads for a second or 2, then dissapears as if its off the scale... hmm...
