Default unhooked charge pipes = idel problems?

well im having some idel problems... after running fine for a few min, it started to idel surge and want to die... i was thinking maybe its because i dont ahev the charge pipes connected and maybe thre was too much back pressure... still thought idk... any ideas?

Maybe your car is trying to kill itself becuase it realized its a cavalier. :P

Does your car have a MAF or a MAP? If it has a MAF how is it hooked up right now

nope, no maf...gotta map though... but like i said, the charge pipes arent hooked up, so the map is seeing nothing but vac... like when n/a.. maybe tis fuel related...

a map only reads vac at idle so thats fine. It sounds like when your fuel maps switch over once your engine gets warm your running too rich or lean.
