twin turbo sbc
do you guys think a pair of to4e turbos would be sufficent enough for a 377 cubic inch
chevy powered jet boat and if so what size.

oh ya im shooting for a reliable 650 hp, 6500 max rpm

Two 60 trims should do it. 50 trims will be pretty close to choke point. Look at your options on a turbo calculator.
