Just out of curiosity, say someone had a tiny little side mount intercooler that they modified the ends to make front mount. Then they realized that that tiny little thing looked goofy as hell hangin under my bumper. Could I get another side mount and do the same thing to it and hang one on each side of my bumper and just pipe one to the next? Would that be worth anything performance wise or just be more aesthicly pleasing? Thanks

 

two intercoolers would work but it would be better just to have one big front mount instead of 2 smaller ones. If you have both just give it a try and see how it works...couldn't hurt

Damn, i was hopin there would be two of us. I'm on a non-aftermarket intercooler budget for the moment. College ain't cheap.

 

i did see someone here or maybe else where they cut there ic in half and made it longer.... i think it could work the same if you mate two of the same ic to makes one but it would be a hell of bitch to do...

 

Might give you some pressure drop.
