Default turbosmart in cabin bc install

I have a turbosmart in cabin boost controller.

http://www.turbosmart.com.au/pdf/FG-GBCV-IC.PDF

This instruction says to route the out (exhaust) hose back to engine bay. But where? Between the T piece and actuator?

This is a bleeder valve that drops the pressure going to the wastegate.
So the vented air from the turbo has to go somewhere other than the cabin.

Other manual boost controllers that go between the wastegate vacuum source are a restrictor.
