MS costs about as much as we intend to spend on the entire project. I am not going to spend a couple hundred dollars on EMS when I want 50-100 horses.

Hope you don't mind not having it tuned right for part throttle.. WOT tuning is possible, of course..

How does the stock tune not work for part throttle with an FMU? How do you tune correctly for fuel or ignition @ WOT with an FMU? Is it just me, or are you seriously intellectually defective?

an FMU is not a tune. It's a bandaid of sorts until the owner wins the lottery. :1

Those pics are from Bryson. That is the sadest excuse for a turbo kit. Yurri, if you are serious just make it like the 505 Jeep turbo kit. Up pipe to the passenger side. Sit the turbo up top. bang done. Up pipe and downpipe will cost you like $50 total.

Don't mean to thread jack but what kind of custom mount job would you need to do to put the 4.0L straight six in a TJ wrangler, I believe its a TJ, its a '99 with the shitty four-banger.

It will bolt in with factory mounts. That was an option for that year.

Heres some more ---- were throwing around... building an adjustable map sensor for the jeep for a few bucks and running bigger injectors, will ford ones plug?
Either fabbing an up pipe from the stock exhaust or hacking off the stock mani and re welding it upside down... retarded intake manifold gets in the way a little bit we haven't really had a chance to look and measure anything. Holset turbo almost certainly. Side pipe exit right past the engine bay. Whatever intercooler we find in the junkyard, just because its a little more cheap insurance over running without one. Not like the holset will have trouble pushing air.
