turboed f22a engine?
is it alright/ possible to turbo an f22a engine from a 91 accord wagon? or is it a bad idea? if its been done, can i see some pics? thanks :y

those F22's spin in the opposite direction so turbos wont work (unless you bolt them to the intake manifold)

I know the 91 non-wagon accord uses the F22A1, which is fairly tough, has a decent head, and actually can bolt up to a DSM manifold if you grind a few of the holes. PLUS the 91 is OBD1!! The only problem is that front motor mount.
All you'd need really is the turbo kit and a chipped p06 ecu, maybe a little wiring (doubt it). I got a DX 2DR 5spd for free a while back, and was inches from getting a DSM setup to use on it. Then I sold the car... :'( With a 14b or a 16g, that car would have been a really fun DD. |

My first thought is you need to do alot more searching and reading, but if youoffer said ---- cavity to my largeness... Sure, Ill help you out... SON!! LOL B |
