Re: turboed crx problems

wow you are guys dont read the question... it doesnt bog down at high rpms like i said it ran fine... not lean i have dsm injectors... it was running perfectly fine until i drove for about half an hour, and then out of nowhere i have no fuel. its bogs down when i try to get past 4000 rpm.. it happened all of a sudden... and the insults are ------ ridiculus..take it easy holy ---- . i dont insult people. take a mydol. but back to the point do you guys no why i have no fuel pressure after i drive it for a while. it does for about a half an hour or so and then bam no more fuel even in low ass rpms. and i dont really care how lomng it lasts ill just by a new one and put it in in a day so no big deal. and i know where babies comefrom thank you... i just want to know where my fuel goes when it gets driven for a while

Re: turboed crx problems

ill sum it up

you add a demand for fuel to your car. your computer will only supply so far. having 450 injectors is like having a 40gal gas tank in your trunk.

------- worthless unless you chip/fmu/reprog to tell your ecu that you need xx more fuel, over xx stock.

im reminded of a post about mista bone and injectors right now, oddly. why?

ps: $5 that you somehow blew your fpr.

and if you ask what any of what i said is...

you need to http://www.realknots.com/p/k/nhhang.gifhttps://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...mans-noose.jpg

yourself.

Re: turboed crx problems

rofl about the whole topic damn im even a noob and know you have to upgrade the management this is why i am in no big hurry till after i move to turbo my crx where im moving it snows all winter long so plenty of time to tear the car apart and go back through it again

Re: turboed crx problems

your ------- stupid how are you running dsm injectors and no managment???? that pile would barely run, do even own a turbo crx? are you even a man? and if you are come to MN so i can punch you in the mouth BAM - have a nice winter

okay first stfu i dare you to punch me faggot... ok im poor and in thts i have no fuel management i soent a whole 200$ on my kit i made most of it including the adapter plate which was kinda a bitch..... the injectors in right now arent 450's. i put in some 450's but they were way too much fuel....does anyone wanna trade a good fmu for some 450's

You are confusing the ---- out of me. WHAT INJECTORS WERE YOU RUNNING WHEN YOU HAD THAT PROBLEM?

could be your fuel pump going bad, but thats besides the point. Your ---- wont run without no management.

igotnothin 11-01-2006 08:55 AM

Re: turboed crx problems

you will need injectors and an fmu. dont give up one to get the other. you will max out the stock injectors instantlsy.

---- the fmu and get a chiped ecuand a base map. that would be beter than an fmu. and cost just a little more and do alot more.

well ---- head never said that he had resistors for those dsm's so i'm willing to bet he probably fucked up his injector drivers in the pcm somehow.

90 crx doesnt need a resistor box, because it comes with one. All he needs is a socket thats about $2 and a ZIF socket for $6 and then a chip for about $2. Thats it. Easy as pie and run some turbo edit.

SpankedYA! 11-01-2006 05:38 PM

Re: turboed crx problems

Better yet, send me your ECU and $45 and I will chip it and send it back with a basemap that will run your ----!

Don't tell me you can't come up with $45... and if you don't already have the 450's that's only another $45.

Think about it: for $90 you can make your car not go tits (and actually run really well). Your choice.

i put the 450's i have in and it ran ridicuously rich black smoke and bogging down really bad...i have non turbo injectors and they did fine and it ran pretty good... but whatever... im not puttin those back in...id like to chip it if that would be the best thing to do for cheap... i dont really know anything about fuel man. obviously

Re: turboed crx problems

Basicly what everyone is trying to tell you is to hold on to your 450's, pay CSaddict $45 to chip your ecu, put the 450's back in WITH the chipped ecu and never have another problem with your management again.

You disappoint me...dx's still didn't have the resistor box...only Si's and HF's. But I can't remember if the car was an Si or not...I just skimmed through the replies since my last post :l

Seriously. Put your 450's in with a chipped ECU and a decent basemap and then ride.
