whoa nice engrish there guy

To make an atempt at your question though...
If your running a smaller exhaust you can try opening it up to something like a 3in or just going open down pipe if you dont mind the noise. Either of these will allow the turbo to spool a little quicker. What kind of turbo is it? What kind of car?

you want your boost to come on sooner? Get a smaller turbo, get rid of any restrictions on the exhaust, get rid of too big of charge pipes or a intercooler thats too big for your needs.

to say you have a t3/t4 is useless, there are some many trims and sizes of t3/t4s that that offers little more information then you had before. Do you know the trim? AR? most t3/t4s arnt gonna be spooling any lower that 3500, so if you want boost sooner your gonna have to drop down a t3 or invest in a pricey ball bearing turbo

I agree...what turbine is in your turbo? .48 or .63 and is it staged or not? If you have a .63 and you change to a .48 it will bring down your spool time alot, but you will give up a little top end in the process.

BTW..WTF is rbm? (rapid bowel movement?)
