with all the washers out it should work good. take the thing apart and grease the slide.

sometimes they bind up. ive seen it happen more than once.

if that doesn't work just cut a couple coils off the spring

i had all the washers in at 7psi boost and the bov still sounded like ---- but my vacuum was straight off the intake manifold.

Re: turbo XS RFL

i had one genuine rfl on my built d series, an it worked mint, i actually had to add a washer or 2.

i just bought the dual horn knockoff for 45 dollars from xoxo racing. donald125 hooked it up. i put her on, and so far at 10-11 psi it works awesome. sounds agressive as hell. but i chalk that up to the massive cfm.

im sure at 20-25 psi ill be adding washrs.

well isnt your vac. source all the same no matter where you tap, assuming there is no leaks?

thats what i thought i have my bov in one, boost guage in another and my waste gate in a diff.

everything is working now but as soon as i hooked up the RFL and got on it at 6K i heard nothing where as my dsm would make more noise, BUT im still running open down pipe , well more like open turbo elbow it just poinbts down at the ground (ihi rhb5)

Re: turbo XS RFL

I have the dual horn ebay special and i had to cut 4-5 coils off the spring just to make it work. i was running open downpipe for a while and you most likely are not hearing it because of the noise level.
