Default turbo sizes

i want to buy this turbo - i think he mixed em up...??

.63 turbine housing with a stage III wheel/shaft. The compressor side has a 57 trim compressor wheel with a .50 A/R ratio housing.

what is the compressor wheel size?
what is the exhaust wheel size?
What does the trim mean?

if someone says that a turbo is a t3/t4 that could still mean that the exhaust turbine could be a t4 and the compressor could be a t3. am i right?
