I know you guys get this all the time but my friend has a 1985 Supra with 6-mge and he just put a ct26 on it. Its boosted but he has some questions. Its smokes way to much and a ---- load when it spools. Um he said after it spools to 6 psi. It seems to lose power. He would like some suggestion to fix this problem and it is white smoke so its oil. Sounds like the ct26 is toast. Most likely blown seals and will need a rebuild.

 

the oil that is suposed to go through the turbo is leaking and going into the motor.

 

So it is the seals? Any other things it could be and how much are the seals?

i have the same problem on this laser i just got, it smokes when i start it up, but after i get done driving it doesn't smoke.

do i need a complete rebuild to replace the seals?

 

My buddy had a supra MK III,his turbo went, call toyota and just start screamin and ----, thats how he got a new one for free, and his ride had almost 500K on it, lol But when he replaced it, somehow it fucked up the oil pump, BIG JOB to fix that on an older supra....
