Default Turbo oil return messed up?

I've got a TE04H turbo that I got from a member here, but when I was looking it over I noticed that what I think is the oil return hole has part of the fitting broken off inside (hard to explain). Was thinking about either welding on some kind of steel fitting on the outside of the center section so that it covers the hole... then hook up the lines to that or just JB weld some ---- on there. Anyone ever have this problem with junkyard turbos? How did you get around it or correct the situation? I have no idea how to get the broken section out since its pretty flush with the hole... nothing to grab onto.

I'll post some pics up when I get home to better illustrate my point but hopefully this makes some kind of sense.

does the fitting thread into the centersection but its broken off? Is that what you are refferring to? Ive seen guys use JB weld on the oil returns right at the centersection and it does work but id rather fix it the right way

It is threaded into the center section and I've tried the bolt-out or whatever it is to no avail... Is there another tool that would work better... something made to get out that type of broken fitting? JB weld is my last option and I'd like to fix it the right way but if thats my only way to go then it'll have to do.

I was way too tired last night to try to find my camera and take pics of it... hopefully sometime this weekend I'll get off my *** long enough to post up some pics.

if its a brass fitting, get a flat bladed screwdriver thats big enough, stick it in there and pound right into the broken piece and then just back it out... thats how i got a broken brass water line elbow out of my turbo
