haha i know how it feels trying to get tha ------- turbo uot. i have a 85 turbo saab and i just ended up going in there with a sawzall and cut the manifold and braces up until i go it out. if you dont have one unbolt the manifold and it will come right off. and just so you know. that car has a nice side mount intercooler in there to as well as a bov. the intercooler you can use for sure as well as the piping. the bov is a small plastic thing on the piping heading towards the intake manifold. getting that turbo IC and bov just saved you about 250 bux.

go to bmcrace.com/ he has log manifolds for 175 dollars.
or you can go to ebay and get an hf manifold and get one of the adpater plates from bmcrace.com that will made your manifold to the turbo. look for t3-hf adapter plate. 40 for the manifold and 50 for the adpater plate=90

stealth has oil lines in the classifieds for 75

you can use anyhting for piping, pvc if you wanted to. it all works. or you could get mandrel bents.

dsmtrader.com if you go there you can most defiently find dsm 450cc injectors. they are around 50 bux and hell ebay has a ---- load of em. you can also probably get a dsm blow off valve with the pipe and flange for about 40 bux.

in the classifieds, look for the post that says ecu chipping services, pm him and talk to him about chipping your ecu. its a very resonable price and its a hell of a lot cheaper then a safc.

your looking around 300-500 bux depending on what manifold you want to use, your bov piping and bov. you have most the stuff aready, just figure out what u want and go with it

YES! its out- thank ------- god. so it looks pretty clean, but im confused, what do you mean by the shaft? like the thing that holds the tubine blade on? cause if its that then there is no play at all.

just stick your fingers and wiggle it around a little. if there is no movement, your good. sounds like your turbo is in really good shape though.

BTW, where are you located?

" FMU (Fuel Management Unit) - These devices are also known as rising rate fuel pressure regulators. Thier function is increase fuel pressure as manifold pressure increases. This allows for more fuel to be pushed through the injector opening during the same pulse duration. How does this work as a management solution? As manifold pressure increases, so does the amount of air pushed into the combustion chambers, this air needs to be compensated with fuel, otherwise, a lean condition is created, and engine damage will occur. The ratio of fuel increase to air increase is normally dictated by an interchangeable "disc" or "plate" in the FMU. Others maintain a static ratio. These devices are normally used in conjuction with checkvalves. These are small, on way, air valves (available at Pet Shops that sell aquarium accessories) that are connected in-line with the vacuum line of your vehicles MAP sensor. Honda ECUs are not designed to "deal" with positive manifold pressure, so when the ECU sees this, it will throw a check engine light. The check valves are used to "bleed off" the positive pressure (several check valves may be needed depending on your maximum boost setting), and the FMU is used to compensate fuel. Stock injectors are normally used on these low boost, high fuel pressure setups. This setup is normally good for ~6psi."

^ ^ ^
this is exactly what im looking for 5-6 lbs of boost and i wouldnt have to worry about injectors right? You guys have a favorite brand or know which works really good?

Also with this setup all i need is the FMU? theres no chipping involved of the ecu?
