Nice work that is pretty clean install job.I always kinda liked those MX6 turbos they are a nice simple looking car.You could def use a regrind cam in there it doesnt have to much of a power band but i bet it will put up some good times at the track.

Your not having any issues with venting the BOV to atmosphere with that being a MAF setup?

the last pic looks like the bov is recirculated back into the intake after maf

im not sure how the OP set his up, but if you set the bov up before the air flow meter, you wont have any issues, as long as you dont outflow the frequency of the meter.

problem is, his AFM isnt a blow through. It is before the inlet to the turbo, thus no boost there to blow off

His updated pic shows the bov getting recirculated somewhere.

indeed the bpv is being recirculated. the system runs off a VAF, and the car runs terrible without the recirc

MS is coming soon, but with the MS ill be running a FE3 and a hy35. im gonna strip the car and go all out drag car, cause it aint worth ---- to try and sell it

the point of this project was to make decent power for cheap on a stock ecu. a lot of people thought i couldnt do it, but im proud to have proved them wrong

track runs are coming tomorrow, hoping to hit mid 13s at 5280' of altitude

im not saying this is true for all cars that have air flow meters, but they measure air flow, not boost presure. therefore, if the meter housing and resistors on the inside of the meter can handle the air flow it can handle the boost....

so with that being said, you can place the air flow meter on the charge pipes AFTER the bov and then you wont have to worry about recirc the air from the bov into the charge pipes.

as long as you dont out flow your air flow meter frequencies, you have nothing to worry about. and if you do, you just upgrade to a larger meter and adjust your air flow tables in the computer

wrong, boost= accelerated air flow. once the MAF sees that the airflow exceeds the set parameter's...CEL
