Turbo minivan build...

Re: Turbo minivan build...
Thanks guys!
I've never run at the track,or a dyno, but would like to a little later this year.I'm using stratus 2.4ltr cams, std timing, which are nice and torquey, but have some 2.0 cams to try.I read they are alot stronger up top. These dodge engines seem to make loads of torque, when making reasonable power. The vans pretty heavy (never had mine on scales, but most guy's are around 3700lbs or so stock...) so I don't how well it would go at the track, would swap it back to auto for that I think.I am running the stock electronics, and only running it up to the factory cut-out of just under 15psi boost, but I have plenty of fuel and intercooler for more boost.I am going to try and learn to burn alternate chips for it,and I have a 3bar map to go with it.
It's real hard to get guys to run you on the street out where I am,mostly cause it's a woody minivan, but I have played with a couple Acura's and Honda's,fairly stock I think but I never spoke to them.I have a BIG advantage over the N/A guy's as I'm at about 4300ft above sea level...
There was tons of extra stuff needed built to do this conversion that I didn't go into on that cardomain page.Like .....well you guys know how it is,LOTS of little projects that form one bigger project at the end!!!
