the fan should be off while driving, if not it'll restrict air flow.

this may sound like a dumb question but are you running a bar and plate intercooler?...if so those restrict alot of air flow to your radiator

Alright thanks for all the help guys. Here is what I have figured out and done. I created a temporary downpipe for it that seemed to help it but not stop the overheating. I also figured out while playing with my fan that I had the wires mixed up and it was blowing in the wrong direction. I also checked for air pockets as you said and I could find any and my fluid level is good (which is mainly water if that matters?). It is taking a lot longer for it to over heat now but it is still doing it if I drive around for awhile and start to get on it a little bit. Yes it does cool down when I turn the heat on high. What kinda of mixture of antifreeze/water should I run in the summer? Is there any way to see if a water pump is bad or not besides tearing everything apart?
