WELL i put my whole turbo kit on gauges safc injectors all that when we first start the car up turbo spools now it just stoped not working but alot of smoke coming out of the exhaust any suggestions on what u guys migth think it is

 

grab the turbo wheel and see if you can spin it

 

WELL THE WHEEL SPINS BUT MAKES A FUNNY NOISE SEEMS LIKE IT HAS LOTS OS SHAFT PLAY BUT THE TURBO WAS FULLY REBUILT BEFORE I PUT IT ON

 

do you have a sufficient oil drain?

what are you using for feed/drain ?

 

i think he might not have a have good flowing return line. and its not letting it flow so its seaping through the seals. i say get a needle valve and slow the oil flowing to the turbo. or get a bigger return line

 

if this is the problem try a better return first. You dont want to starve the turbo for oil.

WELL TOOK THE TURBO APART ONLY TO FIND THE WHEEL TURBINE BROKE DONT KNOW WHY BUT ITS BROKEN SO NOW I NEED A TDO4 BACK SHAFT
