just get a set of demo derby headers, weld on a pair of t3 flanges after you shorten the primaries up, and stuff.

^ dude knows whats up, IHs are for pimps.

Anyway, after that route your charge pipes to a carb set up for blow through action. Like this -> http://www.hangar18fabrication.com/blowthru.html

take out the 5 bolts for the v8 IH mani's, flip em upside, rebolt. no demo headers needed!

There are so many sites about this. Just go search "turbo carb 350" or something like that. I have found novels of information about turboing a Carbed engine.

i haven't seen a q-jet turbo'd, only holley's, and their backfire valve was plugged with a kit, and fuel pressure was around 8psi. weld up a tophat for the carb, and the rest is bread and butter

You have to modify the carb for boost. Some things are fill the float with foam or something solid so the float doesn't crush, re-jet the thing, you will need a FPR ect.
