Turbo Help Please, I'm A Newbie

Hi, I am currently running a 1.4i 1998 Civic. I am planning an engine swap to a D16Z6 later next year, however was wondering if it is possible to turbo my current 1.4 engine safely?
What would need to be upgraded with regards to the current engine?

Please help someone, thanks.
