awesome idea! and actually the retained heat will cause the turbo to spool better

ya i know that keeping heat in the manifold helps and thought you wanted to keep the turbo cooler so it wont heat the intake charge too much

hot exhaust gases contain more energy then cold ones

intake charge is heated through compression
