"V6Logan" sold that turbo to a buddy of mine and said it was a T28, but when it arrived at his house that was what he got. It says Garrett GT17 on the front and the guy still says it's a T28. The guy even told him it was freshly rebuilt, but the turbine has quite a bit of side to side and even more in and out shaft play. I have a hard time believing what he's told my buddy and think this guy is a scammer. Can anyone else confirm this? I need your guys input. Thanks

Your friend is selling this turbo and clearly states that he does not want it because he sold his car!!!! Does it say anywhere on there about this turbo being in a bad condition??

Quite being a bitch creating screen names because your to ashamed to respond under your own screen name. You were sent NUMEROUS pics, you knew what you were getting, now its my fault you dont want it?

Even if it was a real T28 he would have sold it anyway. So how does any of this change the fact that you advertised him a T28 and lied and sold him a GT17? Answer that? And please show your receipts of it being freshly rebuilt by phoenixturbo.com. Until he receives any proof that they did rebuild it and proof that it is a T28 then you are indeed a fraud.

Oh yeah and ever since he talked to you on aim last week about it not being a T28 you've either stopped logging back on or blocked his screen name. Before that you were on every day. Now why all this bullshit?

He showed me the aim logs. You lied to him consistently.

1. You told him it was freshly rebuilt which it obviously isn't.
2. You told him it was a T28 which it obviously isn't, but rather a much smaller turbo.
3. You told him this turbo was a dual ball bearing and that all turbos were ball bearing.

I can go on and on and even post every little message showing just how much you contradict yourself if I have to.

Yeah I have been watching the auction for a couple of days but if it has all that play then to hell with it.

That's why we ask questions. And it's listed as-is isn't it? His feedback is top notch and he's in no way trying to fool anyone.

I will let homemadeturbo.com be the judge of this one. This guy sold my buddy a T28 and it ended up being a smaller GT17. He lied basically. My buddy wanted a refund and will send the parts back, but V6Logan refuses. V6Logan doesn't admit that it's a GT17, but in his email conversations with my buddy he contradicts himself and proves that it is a GT17.

He didn't lie to you at all, he sold it as-is and even said that he hadn't looked it over 100%

It's T25/T28 flanged, even though it's a GT17 or whatever. Everything is in his Ebay ad...
