Default turbo dohc zc problems

i have a turbo dohc zc and a friend of mine that tunes like most of the hondas around wheeling WV, he tried tuning my zc and everytime he would try to tune it , its like i owuld get fuel cut but he said it isnt fuel cut, i could get 2 psi built up at 2,000 rpms and it misses and sounds like a fuel cut. I nee help BAD

Post video , that way we can hear what its doing ..
sounds like timing to me , what management you running?

Im running Uberdata, when i turned the dizzy to make it idle higher the higher i could rev it with out it cuttin out but its still only letting me rev so high maybe between 1500 and 2000 rpms then it start to cut

do you know if the bin you are using has launch control enabled? im not sure if uber has that but thats kind of what it sounds like to me
