OR, just go to a muffler shop and buy 2 lengths of 2" or 2.5" pipe, then have them put a bunch of bends in one pipe and leave the other straight. that way you can chop up the bendy one for all the corners and just get the cheapest couplers you can find. If your going to do that they can make all the reducers you might need.

ive got a turbo corolla as well. mine is a stock bluetop 4age with all stock wiring and afm. all i have done to it are 365cc 4agze injectors, ssautochrome t3 manifold, t3 .48/.60 from blasst performance, an ebay front mount, charge piping from racing solutions, barry grant fpr, gutted t-vis, and i clicked the afm to lean it out.

i just rebuilt the engine this last weekend and broke it in today... it runs like a bat out of hell at 7 to 9psi. i dynoed it with my old engine and a giant boost leak and it made 150rwhp and 156rwtq at ~6psi on a mustang dyno. i say major boost leak because it would only hold 6psi with the wastegate capped. so i figure holding 9psi the way it is now would be about ~180rwhp.

hell you can go to napa and get couplers? i bought a 2 ft stick of 3 inch for my car for 30 bucks and i still have prob 8 or 10 inches left. i ordered 2 bend kits from one of the sponsors and went to the local minikee(sp?) and got a length of 3 inch and had enough to make my exhaust and intercooler piping with some left over. in all i think i spent 250 bucks on exhaust and intercooler piping with couplers flex and flanges

All you have for engine management is a fpr and the 4agze injectors? How is that working out ? How exactly did you "click" the afm?

What turbo does the manifold fit myae86turbo? What style manifold is it? Stainless steel ?

it drives alright... not like stock though. to click the maf you have to open up the case and loosen the little phillips head screw that holds that wheel in place... mark where it is factory and then click it 6 marks clockwise and tighten it back down. its ghetto, but what it does is put more tension on the flapper inside the afm so it wont open as much at idle which leans out the mixture since you have bigger injectors. its only a temp thing and you shouldnt depend on it 100%. the fpr i have is a 1:1 and it still leans out into the low 13s in 5th on the freeway, so i dont do any full throttle driving in 5th on the freeway... its not like i need to. i put the maf after the bov so i dont have any issues with unmetered air. the only problems i have right now are that its untuned and sometimes it doesnt want to idle, 2 out of 10 times itll stall when coming to a stop. otherwise 1st through 3rd pull like a mother, i havent done many 4th gear pulls yet because 3rd at 7800rpm is about 90 and i dont need to go faster than that while im racing on the street .
