looks ok to me.. remember the head sticks out just a tad. worst case scenerio would be some very slight grinding on some of the webbing on the block, but thats it. It should fit fine. Obviously the compressor housing will need to be rotated.

Go out and try a test fit real quick! takes like 15 mins.

i'm talking about the block not the head.
if you can see in the pictures the turbo is a bit protrude and its not in the line of the manifold.

i cant make a test fit.... i need to get to work.
:(

what if you were to rotate the turbo around so the compressor is on the driver side.
what car & radiator you have?

Obviously.. I said the head sticks out farther than the block meaning when the manifold bolts to the head the turbo should be pushed far away enough from the block.. Get it? ::)

Yeah the ports in the head casting stick out a little so it should fit nicely.

even if it doesn't fit, i kno you've done research and im sure you heard that the hf mani isn't ac compatable anyway. if u get it to work then that's awesome but dont be surprised if u need to take out ur ac cuz of the hf/adapter plate. but jus like abaz said, it should fit nicely cuz mine was the same way. little bit of griding on the block then shabam...

you mean AC condensor? that sits in front of the radiator. usually 2 large size wrenches and a few 10mm bolts. Be advised R134 is going to be shooting everywhere when you disconnect one of the lines, so if you are a treehugger and care about the enviroment I'd suggest evacing the ac system.

is there any other way to remove the condensor without emptying the R134 ?
