TURBO BUILD I DID for a mexican LOTS OF PICS 56k DIE!!!!!!!!

o k so my frind hooked me up with a mexican kid that wants to make his MDM (mexican domes....) ride go faster so i talked the kid into a turbo and vtec head swap
and this rich littl kid (1 cares so much about looks so i had to relay on ebay for CDM parts
so here the pics of the build
his ride is not STOCK headers and intake wow

taking the ---- apart after the vtec head swapped on (later that day after work i bent a valve setting the timming) :1 so had to take it off again
intercooler
sourcing bolts to bolt up turbo to manifold
just about the one of the few non cdm parts garette t3 45 trim .42/.48 ar old volvo / diesel mercades 300 turbo
my brother the nOOB (enikolayev) and me all over the sexy D
and serge (my candy paint specialist <<body work>>) doing some ----
test fitting the CDM bov and pipeing
turbo and mani mounted and oil hooked up
down pipe is a CDM piece SS 2.5" from a cdm turbo kit serge bought years ago.. v band was 3" and v band on internal gate swing valve was 2.5" so we chopped it of and welded it to the cast iron wiht the FLUX CORE and then put some heat wrap over it

oralay!! the kid was really happy wiht this thing this is the most shiny set up i ever build customer is happy i got paid im happy
sexy intercooler brakets rusty angle iron found in back yard
then i painted the intake red for the kid and did a duel beather systme one from the valve cover and otehr from catch tank
just drilled 2 holes about 2 mm smaller than OD of the hose and stffed it in
mexi MDM rice
getting ready to tune got my tunning stuff in boxes waiting

jdm ineriour he paid $ 120 to a shop to install that tach :1 not including the price of the unit
all done ready for tune
overall it was a fun project

ricer boost oil guages with guage pod (slow ----!) 85
i spent about 700 on ebay and a few here and there still made over a grand on it after i paid everyon off.. it was a fun little project enjoy
i charged him 2800 i know cheap.. kid was low balling me .. any way he still wants the clutch and ex trans and better breaks and i cant belive it i told him his gonna have 240 hp LOL.. and now when he drives it he dont even rev it past 5500 its too fast for him .. these ricer would be more happy wiht a empty turbo no impeller shaft and 10 shinny bovs than a set up that makes power..
boost is10 psi and the tapers off to about 7 as the revs rise i guess the turbo compressor is not sufficient or its gay internal gate being it self gay!
and way ---- feels perty good just the dx gears kill it boost come on real quick 10 psi by 3500 rpm drop to 7 by 5500
has nice mid range torque!
thanks to eugene and serge marquisha (mark) for the help i had one hard part it this project i was tired after work i was installing the t belt after i got the head on and everything with the arp studs new gasket torqued down and and turned the cam to the marks with out turning the engine a bit OFF TDC and bent a valve.. so had to take off the head and change one valve lucky onely one.. started at 11 pm and had it back together by 330 the kid mark that plays video games actually decieded to come out of the closet and help out and learn someting..

that retard color matched ALL the wrong things on the car. i didnt know there were still people that paid $2800 for a turbo kit. how is he expecting to get it all smogged out there in CA?

i for got to mention i told him its not carb legal.. and i told him the price of the carb legal set up and that greddy kits dont come wit intercooler and BOV OH NOOO! for him.. lol his got money but his cheap.. so he went with my deal and before he picked up the car i had him sign the disclamer expaling all that ---- and that its not legal in California and is for off road use only and that i aint responsible for ---- if his as crashes or blows the motor up.. it shouldent its solid ARP studs tuned good verry conservative timming tuned on 89 thats what he had in the tank and i pulled a degreeee off the top after i got done tuning to make sure there wont be any detonation bs..
