Default Turbo Bmw 325i

Ok so I'm going to help my friend turbo his 1995 Bmw 325i.
The list I have made consists of:

Garrett 60-1 T3/T4E .63 or.82(would .82 be to big for a 2.5 liter 6 cylinder?)
Tial .7 bar 40mm wg or 1.3 Bar 46mm wg(which would be safer?)
Tial Bov
Greddy Profec E or profec B BC (depending on how much he wants to spend)
CCA intercooler
Homemade Manifold
Homemade DP and CP
and maybe bigger injectors
Would this setup be reliable if tuned properly? Is there anythng you recomend?Anything I missed? Thanks.

figure out the fuel issues first, that's what I would suggest.

injectors, management, fuel pump..

fueln and ignition management first...If you really want to use the potential of that turbo.

My personal opinion is that .82 is huge!!!
BImmer heads flow damn good but I think that's a long shot

On my friends M car he can barely spool by 3500 and .90 and that's not that much bigger

Good luck though my dad and I want to turbo his 98M3 but the thought of blowing one of those engines i don't even want to think about!

3500 rpm ain't that bad...wel depends on the rev limiter though...I don't think they rev to 8K like the B16 or b18C's
If they rev to atleast 7K I would use the bigger turbine for a later spool if you are conserned about fuel economy.

Build it properly from the beginning, good engine management and low compression, map it right and there's no chance you'll blow it up.
