turbo bike?
Hello all,
gonna try and turbo my old 79 Yamaha Xs11. gonna try a blow through carbed setup. I did use the search function but didn't find much. Anyone got any ideas what size, type turbo I can use. bike has 1068cc motor, everything( motor internals) is stock. looking for 5-10 lbs boost. Stock HP is 90. Going to try and build my header,any help would be great.

I know all the parts I will need, having trouble finding a fuel pump (external) that can put out 5-15 psi though for cheapish. the cheap ones go up to 10psi, then there re the cazy support up to 1200 hp PUMPS that are really expensive. thats all I can find anyway

^had one of these bikes in the 80'z,no 2nd gear (had to upshift 2x's to 3rd).To this day I still wanna miss 2nd due to it... Seen the small turbos on ebay (new even),thought about grabbing one to boozt a lil bike or go kart 
and use a fpr,or a 2nd carbed bike pump...

A K03 from a volks/Audi will fill the bill perfectly, this what I use for a VTR1000F and it spools from 3500 RPM @ 4 PSI to 9500 RPM @ 8 PSI.
Not sure about the carbs tough, try busa throttle bodies or any 180 hp bike should have injectors big enough, try Microsquirt as EFI, the board only version cost 200 $
But carbs will work, but off boost they will run pig rich to be right on under boost.
