hey not to thread-jack, but...
i just got a used t3 (with zero shaft play) .63 turbine & .53 compressor. it's gonna go on a built-for-the-street b16a. i mean the block is built but it is posted & block guarded, not sleeved; forged internals, girdle, etc. i'm shooting for about 250whp
what do ya think? will the turbo suit the engine & application?

ya most definatly should, but u should go for 300whp or a bit more if u have pistons and rods!

i agree 250hp is definately doable with your setup. I have a stock B16 with T3 7-8psi and putting out about 230whp already. I would imagine 300hp-350whp is what you want. Since you will be shooting for that HP range, you might want to go for the T3/T4. You'll make better numbers with the larger turbo. It'll spool a bit later but it wont poop out. I think the T3's are good up to 300whp. The T3/T4 are good to 450whp.
