Default turbo B Qs

I'm planning on building a turbo B project. I have a 94 JDM b16a that wont pass smog in CA, so im going to swap in a usdm 95 gsr block with the b16 head. that should drop compression some, so now im thinking a turbo is in order. i have a couple of questions though. does anyone know where to get a cometic head gasket for boost? what C/R choices will i have in different gaskets with this setup. and which ARP head studs do i need for this? the b16a, or the b18c? and i can never remember which prelude injectors will work for the b16. is it 92-96 or 97+? thanks, any help you can give is great.

i think either head bolts will work, just see if the part #'s for them are the same.1992-'96 Prelude VTEC Peak and Hold 345cc
1997-up Prelude VTEC H22 Saturated 280cc
as far as injectors i guess u would need the 97 and up.but im not 100% shure.

in california you have to have an engine that was originally for sale in the us. it hella stupid. it really has nothing to do with emissions. they just havent gotten around to adding the jdm motors to the valid replacement engine list.

On a visual inspection you wouldnt pass, unless you had a 50 state legal Carb sticker. But if it was tuned right you should pass just like it was Na. I've had my car emission tested a few times with a turbo setup on.
