Does anyone know if there is an adapter that will let me use a turbo mani for T3/4 turbo with a Garrett T28 turbo?

 

couldn't you just cut the flange off and weld on the right one?

 

Def. could but it's not for me. My brother wants to use a spare turbo I have but has a t3/4 mani. The turbo is a T28 internally wastegated. He doesn't want to cut it because he most likely will go back to using a t3/4 turbo. So he wants an adapter and he'll use a block plate for the external watsegate port.
