Read around. Crome is a fuel management system, and works on obd1 cars (92-95) but you can get a harness to work with your obd2 vehicle

But for some reason I can't get on to the site anymore. Does it work for you?

Not working for me either, Randy. It does this some times though. Give it a day or so.

I did some research and they dont make obd2-obd1 conversions and i cant tune with crome. so where do i go from there just run a t28 with fmu afc and injectors?

you cant convert 7th gen civics to obd1 because those cars dont have distributors and dont have closed loop fuel lines etc.. its possible but definately not worth. best way is to use a good piggyback like emanage ultimate if you cant afford a standalone management. You'll have some problems with the management so you better learn alot before doing the setup. if you dont use a standalone the ecu will still be there and it always will try to correct the a/f ratio to 14.7 it can add or subtract up to %20 fuel for doing that and it also datalogs these corrections and uses them later as correction factor.. so management is a bitch with the 7thgen.. there are ways to overcome this problem of course but you can learn them later by yourself. now go start reading!
