Tuning: Street or Dyno?

Re:Tuning: Street or Dyno?
how about costs?
trip to the dyno
dyno time per hour 75-125$hr.
speacil fuels if desired 5-60$
maybe you want to put ice somewere 5$
nessisary tools to road tune
wide band o2 750-1100$
egt guage 100-400$
friend to watch guages and hold laptop free
cost of possible tickets while doing 4th gears pulls 0-1200$
I think for the average person dyno tunning is by far more cost effienct and they get to have bragging rights about thier hp levels

Re:Tuning: Street or Dyno?
anyone know what a/f ratio is conservative and safe but not super power robbing? is it 12.5
also does anyone know how much the a/f will scale on the street due to more load (ie. wind, friction etc)
say if i dyno in a dyno around 13 a/f, on the street do i run actually maybe 13.5 or so does temp affect a/f or that only affects detonation?
