That looks like an IHI from a Ford turbo coupe.But it could be from any of these cars......

FORD Probe GT 88-92 2.2L IHI RHB52W
FORD T-Bird 87-88 (water) IHI RHB52
FORD Escort 84-86 IHI RHB5
