Default Troubleshooting help...WTF???

Ok so well i went out to my car today and it wouldn't run right. My car is a 1987 prelude A20a3 that i have put a turbo on. The turbo is a td04 mitsubishi, i have an MSD 255lph fuel pump 450cc DSM injectors an MSD 6al ignition box and a blaster 2 coil. Also i have an SAFC 2 and an adjustable fuel pressure reg.., and an AEM wideband air/fuel gauge. The problem i noticed was that when i drove the car it sputtered and ran llike crap, the air/fuel was at 10.0. I tried driving it like this to no avail, i also noticed that after about an hour of ------- with the car i had black smoke coming from my tailpipe and that i had lost about half a tank of gas...I don't have any clue what could have gone wrong because the car ran great just like normal the day before(yesterday). WTF help me if you can i hope that's enough info. Let me know if i need to clarify anything else..

Your running really rich. That AEM is reading 10.0 because that is as low as it can read. Adjust the AFC.

Dude i kinda figured that, but that is as a result of the running rich. What could have caused it to do this by just driving it for like 40 miles then parking it and sitting overnight. I checked for the obvious already like loose wires, vaccum lines, and sensors and all seem to be good. It ran great just the other day... I'll do a compression check on it now and tell you what that reads.

My AFC settings never changed, they are at 50% at low and high throttle almost all the wat across(to about 4500 rpm).... I found a good vaccum leak today but it didn't fix the problem. I also diconnected the map sesor and put a mightvac on it and pumped it to 15 in. and the car ran great. So i think it is just a vaccum problem but where? ---- this sucks. I'm getting like 10 miles to the gallon now.. I was getting 24.

I would stop driving it until you fix it. You are gonna wash the cylinders with so much fuel in there.

Yeah sorry -50%... And yeah i need to stop driving it, but i only have one car... So it is what it is. I have another motor already built to put in if this motor takes a ----... But i want to avoid that if i can. Someone suggested to me that the injectors may be staying open all of a sudden, could this be a cause and what would do that?

Hey guys, i need help here. The problem will not solve itself. I know this is a sensor malfuncion causing the computer to run rich. Do you guys have any ideas on which sensors to check first and how to check those sensors to see if there good? I need a place to start here. I'm stuck.... I'm in the process of buying a new car so atleast this will not be my daily anymore.
