I can attest to xylene being just as potent as toluene (and then some due to the higher octane rating). Your basic octane booster that you buy at the auto parts store is basically toluene for the octane boost, oil for the "extra lubrication", and auto tranny fluid for the "cleaning agent".

Because of my painting company, I just bought $15/gallon toluene for $9/gallon from Sherwin. I got 3 gallons, and so far I've only mixed up enough to run 100 octane in the PW80. I also picked up a high performance air filter (fabric paint strainer) , and I must say, the exhaust smells real nice, and the bike runs like a mexican with a border patrol agent on his ***.

It runs.......better, though not was good as on 94 Michigan gas. ---- it, I'll just drive like a bitch with **** Cali gas in his tank. That high octane Socal ---- is too expensive. This is an HMT Saturn. What the ---- am I thinking?
